Thanks Erik!

BTW, to all others, if anyone tried to email me in the last day or two and you got a delivery error, then try again please. I just changed to a different server and so during the time it changed, there might've been some errors with the email delivery.

Also, I may accept some trades for custom programming. Performance mods, some stock stuff, things like that. Just let me know what you have.

Hey madwolf,
Awesome site and i will be using your services in the future. I have a 94 Z and this winter i plan on rebuilding the engine and putting the hotcam kit in it. i have a question for you though, it regards option number four on your order page. i have made the cable thats on this page http://www.andywhittaker.com/ecu/aldl_hardware_cont.htm its the second one down. ive used it successfully in scanning a data logging. is that ALDL interface sufficient enough for you programming as listed in option number four on you page? if so then you are most deffinately going to see me in the future.

Thanks alot!

It should work, although I've heard that the cable you're talking about might not be suitable for programming.
Tell you what, download pcmread from here and run it. If it can read your program OK, then yep, it'll work.

Awsome site ! I got my cable on order so ill be having my PCM done soon. I was wondering, you supply the software needed to upload the modified PCM data to the PCM correct ? Will you be designing any software that you could sell to us that would enable us to reprogram the simpler things such as Rev Limit and Fan speed. You could even sell it by use, like 100 $ for 10 uses. Finally this question is a bit off topic but what is the most common reason the SES light comes on. Mine came on 2 days ago and i reset PCM and it hasnt come on yet? Any Ideas, mods are listed in the Sig.

Yes, I will supply an easy to use boot floppy with the right software and instructions for people with older/slow computers and newer computers running 2000/NT/XP.
For the other operatings systems (95/98/ME) there is a windows version of the software.

I am a programmer but I do not plan to go as far as designing this software that's been already written by others from scratch, so to answer your question, no, I will not offer something with "10 uses" or anything like that.

About the SES light, well, there can be tens of reasons for causing it, so there isn't really a way to tell for sure unless you get it scanned for codes.
