Change the plugs in the car, they might have fouled out and that'd be the cheapest fix. Start there first.

yea it was the plugs fouled, but now i think ive got a bigger problem, i think a tossed a cam bearing. started up and was fine at 40psi idling at about 1k i guess, and then i was going down the road and it still kept wanting to kinda die on me and then i go to grab gas because it was low so i filled up and came back and it was stuck around the first hash mark, man this **** sucks i cant win for losing

Oil pressure goes down once the motor warms up.

I would change the oil anyway, It sounds like you had so much gas you could of washed down the cylinders and filled the crank case with gas.

Depending on how long you ran it and how rich it really was, you could have washed the cylinder walls down. That can cause blow-by, cylinder wall marring, etc. Not to mention, it will play hell with your bearings. I take it the tune is back where it needs to be?
