Do a search for Lloyd Elliot and/or LE2. 
As for the CAGS, if you're doing heads/cam, just wait, save a few bucks, and have the tuner turn it off. No skip shift light, no SES codes, no spending money on resistors, and best of all, you don't have to get under the car.
