that ticking wushing sound, is that normal?? mine does it too but i thought it was an exhaust leak?? mine also shakes very badly at low rpm high load situations. does yours do this?

Sounds like you have a bad gasket maybe. Could just be the camera. Sounds right though. Its loud huh? hehe.

 

hehe, yah the ticking is the flange at the end of the header and the X-Pipe...i lost ma license so I dont drive it but round the neighborhood once a week. I need to get it all nice and secure at a muffler shop cause i cant seem to get it on tight enough on that side. and ya, its loud as S***

 

AWSEME!!! On a side note, how'd you loose your license?

 

*sighs* I am 20...last year i got my first speeding ticket...24 over....it was reduced to 23 over so i could keep it...then i got another one for 24...which was total BS...and since they were only a month apart...they didnt see the first one i had and reduced it too ...then 3 months later, my H2O pump goes bout 3 miles from home...car starts to overheat in AUGUST`! so i was hauling azz to get home cause the faster i got up to the cooler it ran, when i stopped it went through the roof...and got stopped for 31 over THat ticket finally came up in court 9 months later, lost it for 6 months...then the first ticket i had, the judge renigged on the plea, and suspended it in Sept, and never told me, and that didnt go through till March 2003....so i got hit for a 12 month revokaction with no option for permit to school/work. so the car sits in the garage with just under 300 miles on the new motor...literally, bought a reman engine with 0 miles on it.. tranny has bout 5k miles on it.... and before i get it back i will do cam and verter to get that 12 sec slip and raise total hell at the DMV during the driving test

What do you think of mine? Here's a sound clip of my car idling. The quality is not that great. It's a 96 TA, 383, AFR190s, XE224/236/114 and a single turbo.

The duals sound good with the exception of the ticking noise. Also the second sound clip is damn mean sounding, can you add some rev's to it?

 

The true duals sound AWESOME. Mean as hell.
