I can only tell you some of the wiring as I don't have a way to get the diagram to you. The 2 element bulbs will give you fits but the singles will be easy. The left hand tail lamp (single element) and the left marker light have brown wires as do the two on the right side. The two with dual elements (outboard and inboard) have a brown wire and one other wire. The left side dual element bulbs have a yellow wire going to them and the right side dual element bulbs have a dark green wire going to them. Naturally they all have a black ground wires going to them as well.

Left side
Brown (single element bulb)
Brown and Yellow (dual element bulb) total 2 inboard and outboard

Right side
Brown (single element bulb)
Brown and Green (dual element bulb) total 2 inboard and outboard

Ill send you the one I have for a 95 Formula. Im not sure of the differences though, if any, in the years. If there is a difference, jump onto www.speeddensity.org and hit up Fastbird93, or Knightfire. Im sure either one of them would have it.
