Need some help! knowitalls inside

OK here it goes

The other day I tighten a couple of 1.6 rr. They were loose and were making a tapping noise. So I tightened them about a quater of a turn if that. Then I turned my car on and heard a really loud exaust leak. So I checked today and there were 3 bolts missing from my mac headers. 1 from header to y-pipe, 1 from y-pipe to cat, and 1 from cat to catback. So I fixxed all that today.
Now it is running funny. Before this my car was a torque monster, it would peel through 12.5 inch DR (heated). Now it won't peel when cold or heated. It doesn't even fell like it is hitting the right gear. I got the car to preform like it use to a couple of times, which makes me think it is the tranny( I have had trouble with my tranny before). Then again it could be because it is quiter I think it is going slower, but then why isn't it peeling. Did the exaust change my power or torque? Did I through off the vavles? or both? Or am I just crazy! I really feels like it is hitting 2nd off the line instead of first. (tranny is a piece of junk)

Oh ya my serp. belt is loose and is sqeaking, could OBDI being going crazy because of it and put my car into limp mode?

You have a lot of issues going on, which will make it difficult to pinpoint problems. How can you guage the engines strength if the transmission is bad? You should do your best to eliminate variables from the equation. By that I mean fix the tranny, and fix the serpentine belt. Try to eliminate all the obvious problems first.
