Need to quiet down the ride..

i hate to say that buy the wifee is getting annoyed. i was thinking of just getting one of those cheap dynomax bullet mufflers. would that work if i got it installed in the middle of the midpipe? or would it just change the tone? or should i just look for a resonator?

what do you have now? stock? aftermarket cat back?

if it's stock, i can't imagine it being too loud! those things are whisper quiet compared to cat backs.

either way a bullet muffler should help

going to smaller tips helped quiet down my car a bit more than I expected..

went from 3" slashcut trombones to 2" penciltip exhaust.. looks just like what comes on an ls1 SS.

sounds nice and throaty, too.
