Re: Need new Opti Spark??

You aren't going to find a non-vented opti for his '94 for that price. The best I have seen is low $3xx for a non-vented opti from Dal or Jason.

Dal Slabaugh 1-877-448-5451

He works at a dealership parts department in Ohio, and you will get great prices and fair shipping.

Most of the $1000+ cost was labor, if you are comfortable pulling the water pump and draining the radiator, do it yourself and save a good $600-700. There are plenty of how-to's on the net to help you get it right the first time.

Cant beat this price. Pretty sure it's the whole opti may want to check.

Definately buy the opti yourself. The dealership will charge u much more. If the fuel filter has not been change for a long time, that could be causing alot of the bogging, try just changing that first and see how it runs.

ps. find a good mechanic the stealership will take all ur money.

Jason or Dal sell it cheaper than that every day (vented, that is). The original poster needs a non-vented that is going to be $300+.
