Ok, I just got some money, I sold a few stock parts on ebay. And I got like 300 dollars. And I want to buy a new camshaft. What should I get. My setup is in my sig.

Hotcam, XE 502/503, cc305, something along those lines.

I assume you're just accumulating parts at this point and understand that this is going to cust much more than $300 to do a cam swap. You're also going to need some springs, possibly lifters, push rods.. decide on rockers, gaskets, fluids, filters, bandaids, pcm tune, beer. It adds up in a hurry.

Yep Im aware. I just want to get the actual cam, then work from there with the other parts.

How good is the LT4 hot cam, Cause for only 200 more dollars I can get the whoel kit with everything except lifters from summit. But how good is this kit.

How good is the Comp Cams 305? A few people told me so far that thats the way to go?
