need info.. on taking off the heads... links?

well im getting ready to change my first set of headgaskests .. with help from a buddy that wants 100 bucks to help me.. not much of a buddy if he wants money but hes knows lt1s good

i did a search on a headgasket install but i havent found much.. i read in a old post shoebox had a page with pics and steps to doing it..

does anyone know of this link or another like for heads?
