I have a 97 Trans Am (see sig) and I want to hard wire my radar detector, since I am tired of having the wire running across my dash. Where can I tap into a +12V power source (under dash) that is only hot while the key is to run?

 

there is one in the fuse panel. there are like 3 or 4 spade connectors. its one of them. you'll have to use a voltmeter to figure out which one it is. but its there for just that reason.
