For NGK spark plugs get # TR55.
For an 02 sensor, get a DENSO one(s); they are virtually lead proof so that they are even compatible with leaded race gas, not to mention they cost about half what AC Delco's cost.
Cant remember the part number, but they no longer list them for V8/LT1 Z28's...get the ones for the same year corvette as your Z28; they are EXACTLY the same.
Yes, copper header/exhaust manifold gaskets are the best....if they are copper, virtually any brand will do....I used the ones that came with my MAC headers.

Regarding copper head gaskets, it is a mixed result. Some people on this board swear by them others say they leak on a daily driver.

If you prep the copper head gaskets with Hylomar then I've heard only good stories. Hylomar stays tacky and doesn't dry so it is great for expansion & contraction.

Copper head gaskets are NOT reccommended to be used on the street or for any engine that is not frequently torn down.
Why you ask ?
Because they frequently leak COOLANT given enough thermal cycles.

Good point...but he's not installing heads, he's installing headers (lt's)

Copper header gaskets will not leak coolant and they will be fine on your lt install

The gaskets that are supplied with most brands of headers are usually junk.
