NEED HELP !!!!(rear bump stops)

Today while i was painting my calipers i noticed that the bumper stop(keep the axle from hitting the frame) was ripping and eventually it just fell off. My question is will it affect anything at all if i drive without it?

Mine fell off on the driver side when I did a tire rotation. Actually it was hanging off so i just ripped it off and threw it out. That was in early July. No problems since.

The purpose of the bump stop is to prevent the suspension from bottoming out if the car comes down hard. If you bottom out the shocks like that, you will ruin them.

Can anyone recommend a good replacement bump-stop for lowered cars?
