Need help possible dirt got into heads, valley

I was Removing my intake manifold to repair the intake leak, well when I removed the intake , some of the dirt and small gasket material looked like it fell
into the intake ports and maybe a little in the lifter valley... I went and grabbed the shop vac and sucked up all the debris around the heads and anything that was visible in the intake ports and valley, I covered the ports and valley after shop vac'd it up, Will this hurt my motor should i change my oil before i start it back up?, Or let it run for a little bit then change oil? Thanks

If it was just small stuff I wouldn't worry about it.

Contrary to what you might think, engines are tough. You did exaclty what you should do. I would start it up, then change the oil shortly after.

I would dump a bunch of wallmart dino oil all over the lifters and valley and try to flush out anything thats there into the pan, then drain it all out.
