Need Help: Ignition/Fuel/Tune Problem Inside

Finally got the car put back together and running. Took her out for a cruise and the car ran great and pulled hard. Took the car out a couple of nights later and the car became very hesitant and would suddenly just stall out. The RPM's would stay very high at idle during start up and during driving (1500-1700rpms) and would suddenly just drop and dip below 1000 rpms between (600-800rpms) once the car warmed up. Without giving the car gas it would just stall out. The car is also very rough to start often needing to pump the gas pedal to get it to turn over.

Set Up:
1997 TA OBDII
Stock Short Block
M6
Pacesetter LT's w/ X-Pipe
Magnaflow 3 inch Exhaust
LE2 Heads
GM 847 Cam
Crane Gold 1.6 rockers
Comp Cam Stock Replacement Lifters
30lbs Accel Injectors
New GM Opti-Spark
Taylor Wires
Bosch Platinum Plus Plugs

Any info or suggestions would be great.

Have you scanned it?

Pumping the gas pedal when trying to start it doesn't really do much, except let a little extra air in. Does it start better if you put your foot fully to the floor, putting the PCM in "clear flood" mode? Does it smell rich?
