Need help with fuel pressure setting

96 LT1, all bolt ons installed and holly fpr. The guy who set the pressure for me did with my old injectors..I have the ford 24lb injectors now not the old clogged ones so the pressure is high and the car doesn't like starting as it's getting flooded.....At napa they have a $50.00 gauge which im not sure if it's the right one but still....What should I set the pressure at and will the kit they have work ? I need advice, so please your input would be nice as I'm gonna do it tomorrow morning before I goto work. Thanks

43.5 with the vacuum line disconnected

also, if you have trouble gtting a gauge to work, you may have to pull out your little valve stem in the schraeder valve because soemtimes they don't get depressed by the gauges and then the gauge wont get a reading.
