Need help with Diagnostic codes!!!!!

I did a diagnostic check on my car because it's running like **** and my SES light is blinking so we did it and these are the 5 codes we came up with..........

PO100- V.A.F. circuit malfunction
PO101- V.A.F. circuit malfunction
PO172- System too rich
PO300- Multiple cylinder missfire
PO300- Mulitple cylinder missfire..

Ok now I just did taylor 8mm wires and tr6 plugs I KNOW i need to change my opti and that will take care of the missfire problems but I need to know what and how to fix the other 3.

P0100 and P0101 are MAF sensor problems - "insufficent activity" and "system performance". Possible you left it unplugged? Is the fuse good?

P0172 is "fuel trim rich, bank 1", so something is causing the drivers side long term fuel corrections to bottom out, without fixing as "rich" problem. Bad O2 sensor, leaking injectors, a few other possibilities.
