Let the engine ALL THE WAY DOWN. Jack it up a LITTLE bit, and try to tap the bolt out with a hammer. Trust us, it will come out.

Sounds like you have your hands full trying be be done by tomorrow, if you were closer I would just come over and start throwin wrenches
The clearness thing was my fault, I asked if he was sure he was on the motor mount, but I accidentally deleted it when I edited my post.

Ramps should be good, I used jack stands, probably not as high as ramps. If the oil pan isn't denting or bending, it SHOULD be ok.

BTW, don't try to force the bolt out without some pressure taken off the bolt. Don't want to screw up the threads. Have you tried spraying a little WD-40 in there? Might help.

no - i can see, the mounts DO NOT MOVE AT ALL when i jack -- should the car be higher than ramps before jacking? The entire car moves right away, i NEVER see alignment change on holes AND the part of the bolt towards the back of the car IS ALWAYS smashed against the top ot the hole

Sounds like it's seized in there. If you can fit a pry bar or screwdriver in there, you might try to pry it down.

Ya, he's putting in lt's and needs to get out the motor mount bolt to raise the engine for a little clearance.

Hammer the bastard out. It's a damn motor mount bolt, probably one of the strongest bolts on the car. I've knocked mine out and in numerous times.

No luck - seems like its bent? Holding too good to just be seized up - WD40d the hell outta it, im gonna take the hammering advice - THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR SUPPORT -- if all else fails, how bad is loosening K member? hOH yea, THE ONLY thing stopping this install from being completed 8 hours ago is the AIR hookup on the pass side header - had i known this, i would have gone without emissions

The k member is only 3 bolts per side. It's described in the site I posted a bit ago. I HAD to do that on mine. I don't know how much room you'll get without the motor mount being disconnected, but it's worth a try. And btw, no emissoins is the way to go if you don't have to worry about testing. Cleans up the header area real nice.

I assume you have a buddy helping? If so, undo the 3 bolts and pry down on the k member from the wheel well and try to slip the header in. It's not going to move a whole lot, probably about 3/4 of an inch, but every centimeter helps!
