Need help ASAP

Ok im trying to get this done by tomorrow...
I just got done putting a new engine in my car and i have a problem. To me it sounds like when you mix up the plug wires, when the care sounds random, popping and lopey. Please someone give me an answer im hoping is not timing chain....the pcv rubber line that goes under the TB has a crack in it, and i may have the vaccum lines wrong will these do this?

What line goes here its on the pass. side of the intake manifold and has two outlets and a plug on the top.

Yeah looking at the diagram somthing from the TB goes to it but that spot on the TB is taken by that big line that goes to the VC...

There are two hose connections on the TB. The large one (air supply, not vacuum) toward the top goes to the valve cover. The smaller one toward the bottom connects to the EVAP purge solenoid.

There are two vacuum connections on the intake manifold on the passenger side, near the back. One is for the fuel pressure regulator, the other is for the HVAC operation vacuum system.

On the drivers side of the intake manifold, there are vacuum connections for the Opti vent, the EGR solenoid, the AIR system (if you had the AIR recall done), and the brake booster. Then there's the grommet for the PCV valve.

There is a vacuum connection under the TB for the EGR valve.

Any open connections, or cracked hoses represent vacuum leaks, and need to be fixed before you try and sort out the problems.
