need a guesstimate on MPG with CC306

With the CC 306 I get about only 150 -160 to a tank of city driving. Although I have 4.10's, you cant really use 5th in the city anymore because this cam likes to be above 2k. My highway mileage decreased as well, but not quite as much with 6th gear. I only got about 180 in the city before the cam.
