Need A Few Fast Answers

1. I searched, but turned up nothing. I need to know the torque specs on the rocker studs, mine are ARP 7/16" if that matters.

2. Whats the best way to set up a CC306 with Comp Pro Mags and Comp R lifters? I'm going to be using shoebox's method with #1 TDC then #6 TDC, but what should be the preload with the ARP 7/16 studs? I think I read about a 1/4 turn after there is drag on the pushrod, but please correct me if I'm wrong

3. Does the oil filter adapter get a gasket? I'm talking about the stock aluminum piece that bolts to the block that the oil filter screws onto.

Thanks in advance

Ok forget the rocker studs, but what do the rods get torqued to? I have them at 45 which is what the gen 1s are, but I just thought I'd double check.

should handle your tq spec questions, and the adapter installs naked just like it came out.

If you are using info from my site to set the lash, it tells how to set it for the Comp R's.
