Need Cam opinions

I have done some pretty extensive searches, but still need a few ideas.

I am getting ready to do some light modding for this season. I will be replacing my worn out shortblock with a 60k unit in great shape. I have full exhaust, and am looking for a cam that will get me close to 350rwhp, and i would prefer not to spin much above 6200 or so since i am not doing new bearings and such.

I already own a LT4 hotcam, but from my searchs, it seems i will more than likely only achieve about 320-330 at the wheels.

Whatever cams can i look into to reach my goals but not have to rev it past that mark much?

Is the cc503 a better choice? I have kinda already ruled out the cc306 cam, again, out of fear for spinning a bearing.

Also, at what point will a stock clutch not hold anymore?

Thanks

If you already have the Hotcam, why not just add a nice set of stock ported heads from LE if you don't want to spin it any higher?

I could do that, i was just asking about other cams that would not need to be spun to 6200+.

Thanks though.

I know others will chime in, but how much HP do you really think you will pick up with a cam swap meeting your rpm limits, as compared to a set of ported heads?

Don't Understand

Just as a point of reference I have a baby cam which is smaller that the
hotcam and I'm at 316 SAE rwhp with cast iron manifolds in full smog trim.
If a set a long tubes are worth 15-20 rwhp then I would be 330-335 with
an itty bitty cam.

Why do yo think you are in the 320-330 range with the hotcam? I would say
in a properly set up car the hotcam should be 340-360 rwhp.

Just have the heads deep pocketed with a mild port and you should reach your goal with the Hot Cam. Doubt you would get 330 with just the cam.

Your peak power should probably be below 6000 with most mild cams---no need to exceed that except shifting with M6--limited at 6300. JMHO
