Need assistance with a no start problem

Okay here is the skinny. I was driving the car last Sat and I watched the tach and the car stutter and 2 seconds later it died. I was wiggling the opti connecterd and it would almost start but would never stay running long. So I drug it home and tore off the opti and switched it out with a friends old used one. His was running fine before. But now the car turns over fine just not getting fire. I have one of those Mac tools spark testers that goes inline with the plug wire and when I plug it into the coil wire I get nothing. Ive swapped out coils with a spare, still no change. Ive ran datmaster while trying to start it and no codes are present where before I was getting a low and a hi resolution failure. Opti connector is clean and looks brand new. I havent taken the rotor and lower platics cover off of the opti to look in there yet. I've also cleaned the test connector on the side of the intake and no change. Plugs are brand new and gapped at .035. I am running a Mallory 685 but have bypassed it to eliminate that as a problem. Opti is timed correctly on the camshaft, I've checked it twice. Ive tried shoebox opti and icm test and came up with no AC voltage on pin B.
I do have some stuff disconnected for convience so I dont know if any of this would affect it starting. I left them disconnected so I could make sure it would run before putting it all back together. The things that are disconnected are the MAF, water pump temp sending unit( the water pump isnt even on the car), and the IAT

Also since this problem started, with the key on the fuel pump prime keeps kicking on and sometimes it stays on longer than normal. Dont know if this is related??
Thanks for any guidance

Did you check your fuses, signal to the opti?

Re: Need assistance with a no start problem

I did check for power. I have 12 vdc at the opti connector at the side of the intake. I also have 12vdc to the coil and ICM. But I did find about a 1/2 a cup of rain water in my PCm a few minutes ago so Im kind of leaning towards that being the culprit. We'll see
