Hey everyone.

I'm am thinking about buying a 52mm throttle body for my Z28. I've deceided to go with the BBK and am wondering if I need to install an air foil to this throttle body. I've heard that I dont have to cuz the way the new throttle body is designed.

Any help would greatly be appreciated

the aftermarket ones have the airfoil built in

Theres somebody on ebay who ports out the stock ones to 52 and 54 mm
and it runs about 160 plus you get 40 back when you send in your core.

A throttle body is probably a waste of money considering your mods. I would use the money to get some roller rockers or a mail order tune
