Need Advice, buy AFRs or have my heads ported.

The only reason I'd go AFR on an LT is like Rich said, to get the stronger deck.
You have everything you need in 23* heads with the AFR or LT1/LT4 heads. If you wanted to step it up a notch then you need to go to a raised runner head. AFR offers those too, but be specific with your goals... they most likely aren't necessary.
If you have a wild hair growing somewhere, like me
, then you'll want to convert some heads and make oodles of n/a power. Gets pricey though.
