I am in the middle of rebuilding my engine and while removing my exhaust manifolds I broke two bolts in my block. I tried to get them out with a Tap Out but that brok as well. Any Ideas how to get them out???????

 

The broken bolts would be in the head(s), since that is where the manifolds bolt to. If you are rebuilding, the heads are going to come off, anyway. If you aren't able to deal with the bolts, have a machine shop extract them and maybe helicoil the holes.

 

At least you are taking it apart. I have one broken off that I can't get to and I just can't justify removing the head to get one bolt taken out when other than that it runs like a dream.

I just hate the sound it makes.
