NAPA (Precision) OE Timing Set

anyone have any experience with this? it is part number NTP103039 for $119. I asked them what brand it was and they said "Precision." Seems as if i've heard of Precision timing gears and such on the 3rd gens as upgrades so would this be a good idea to run this set? they have another set for $544, didn't ask what brand it was cause it's WAY more than I'm willing to pay anyways. I'm either gonna go stock or with this one from NAPA, what do you guys think?
i'm replacing it cause i'm doing a mild cam install.
oh yeah, and they also have Clevite lifters for like $10 a peice? should i replace those while i'm in there?
