Is my tranny or clutch going out???

This morning driving to class, my 94 Z28 was acting up. It was making a clicking sound, and was having problems accelerating, and jumping when ever it got past 2k RPMS, anyone know what may be causing this? It is my trannsmission or my clutch? It was also idleing real hard.

Sounds like a clutch slipping to me although I can't think of what would cause a clicking sound....

I have a header leak, and it just sounded like that was even louder when it was acting up.

If you think your clutch might be slipping, watch your tach and speedometer and get on it a couple of times. If the engine revs way up, but the mph shows little increase, your clutch has most likely sh*t the bed.
