my LT1 stumbles from idle

I have recently repalced the following items on my '95 LT1. New opti, new coil, new icm, new plugs, new wires, new intake elbow, new iat, new coolant temp sen. , new egr, new oil pres. sending unit. Car cranks and idles fine sometimes throwing up a check engine light but not always. If I stab the gas from idle it almost dies, sometimes pops, then revs. I do hear a little bit of an "air sucking" when it first dies down before revving, sound similar to what I heard when my intake elbow was torn. Any ideas? One other little comment. I has replaced my intake gasket a little while back but I had started having an oil leak from the upper back of my motor. I broke out my dig. camera and began snapping off pix back there. It wasn't my intake leaking oil, it was my oil pres. sending unit. Might be a good thing to check before tearing off the intake chasing the an oil leak.

check your fuel pressure. mine would backfire out the intake when i would stomp it from idle. should have about 40 psi. just a thought could be fuel filter, pump, or regulator
