My stock guage's are flickering back and forth. Like my speedo and tach needles will just jump up and down outa nowhere It just started doing it, I haven't changed anything on the car lately that would leave me to bleieve anything I did caused it. I'm thinking loose connection somewhere but where

Check and clean your engine grounds. There's one on the passenger side strut tower, and one on the right side of the radiator that are most likely causing what you're describing.
