Im about to install the Spec stage 2, its good to 475hp and should drive mostly like the stock clutch. Retails for $450 but can be found for less.

I have heard good reports about the Spec Stage 2, and the SLP kits. Both are not outragiously priced either.

If you are going to due more mods in the future then I would recommend replacing the clutch once and buying a McLeod Street Twin. Another option would be to go with an RPS clutch.

If your car is stock I recommend an OEM clutch. If not, the Spec has had generally good results from what I have seen for budget minded and lightly modded cars. If you have lots of power you need a street twin. Do a few searches, add some common sense, call the manufacturers and check out their websites. Read the warranty statements, and make an informed decision.

I got the Spec 2 on a modded stock LT1 and I'm having no trouble with 1.9 60's on stock 3.42s in M6 car. And, it drives around town like a champ. I really like it, and recommend it to anyone with lightly modded stock car.
