by duals i mean the works, x-pipe, bullets and turn downs. Or if you got the money, go out the back.

Re: Muscle Car Lope

if you want the old muscle car sound go with true duels through a chambered exhaust like the gmmg chambered mufflers there is another brand on here people use that are cheaper i cant remember the name, just do a search on chambered true duels i am sure you can find something!! the chambered mufflers really give it that kick *** sound

That is the exact setup i have and my cam is on 109 lsa. It sounds freaking mean.

Even with my old 230/236 people could FEEL the rumble on their porch when i drove by.

I used to have pics on my cardomain site but cardomain deleted all of them.

Re: Muscle Car Lope

Here am I the only person who don't like muscle car sound in the late model cars?
My cam is 239.7/246.1 .573/.582 112.7 in my 383.. I didn't hear it, but "I hope" it will not sounds like old muscle car.
I just don't like the old muscle car sound in our cars.

Re: Muscle Car Lope

i love the sound of mine, only it's too loud!

i've got the 230/236 112 ported heads, edelbrock headers, high flow cat, straight 3" out the back no muffler. sounds sweet!

i'll try to get a vid tonight.

Re: Muscle Car Lope

We'll I already have the chambered exhaust, that gets more compliments than all other modifications on the car combined.

Its just when I do a cam in the next few weeks, I just wondered what exactly would bring about that wonderful sound of old.

I guess I'll just leave the work to the real professional, SStrokerAce
