Multiple Cylinder Misfire, but I don't think so
Well, I had my car running alright after my cam swap, except I didn't realize that the air intake boot was torn a lot at the bottom, and I had a SES code for crankshaft position sensor. Now, the sensor I expected because the o-ring disintigrated when I originally took it off, and the car didn't idle right.
So, I bought a new intake elbow, and crankshaft position sensor, and installed them. I also removed the AIR system. Idle problem is now gone. Crankshaft position sensor SES is gone.
Everything seems great, until the SES comes on FLASHING. It's never done this before. I reset the computer, it's fine for a bit, and then it will light the SES, and flash every so often. So I searched here, people saying that the flashing means a "serious miss, with a code to determine on which cylinder."
So, I took the car to get scanned, and it has one code: RANDOM, MULTIPLE CYLINDER MISFIRE.
So my questions are: What is the possible cause of this, and why isn't it the miss code with a code to help determine cylinder #? and Where is the code that denotes a problem with my AIR system, since it's no longer there?

Well i had the same code when my fuel pump was going out, That code is set when there is a mis fire in sevral cyl,
Check your fuel presure, and as for the AIR Pump SES light some times it take a while to come on

You really think it could be a fuel issue, huh? Alright, I will test my fuel pressure and report back.
I just think that if it was misfiring, I would be able to feel it or notice it, and as far as I can tell, it feels healthy.
