Im going to do true duals over the axle soon and is there a good flowing muffler thats just slightly quieter than a dnomax bullet. About how loud would it be if i had jet-hot longtubes two catco hiflow cats an h-pipe over the axle into two bullets then out the back. My track has a rule of: (a 90dB limit for all participants. This will be measured, under load, at 100 feet from the vehicle. There will be ZERO tolerance. The following exhausts, will, in all likelihood, NOT pass: Glass packs, straight thru, lack of tailpipes past the mufflers. We will be using a Radio Shack noise meter (cost about $30) to check vehicles. The settings will be: A scale, slow response. We will gladly check you vehicle, free of charge at the track, but if you fail YOU WILL NOT RUN. We must maintain good relations with our neighbors in the area, if we are going to continue to exist. Note: This is for Muffler /Street legal classes ONLY)

i think Gripenfelter has true duals with some dynomax super turbo mufflers........they are not bullets, so they are probably quieter. search for his name, and i think youll find some pics.

I have heard that dual cats and bullets isn't that loud at all. maybe you can do some resonator tips ... ?

 

I was planning on getting resonator tips but do they really help any I like the ones from borla.
