i was just looking through a summit magazine and i cant find just the aerochamber muffler for our car.... theyre all different offsets, but there isnt a single in, dual outlet that would replace my stock one... atleast i couldnt find one.

im curious as to what the full hooker exhaust sounds like... i have the long tubes and the ypipe, but im still through the stock muffler. anyone have any clips of hooker catback with the hooker long tubes? and how does a flowmaster muffler sound with hookers? im really just trying to replace the muffler as well. i dont want to spend a lot of money on a catback and then switch over to dual exhaust...

Arrow dynomax ultra flo

i replaced my 80series flowmaster with a 3.5" dynomax ultra flo...i admitt im a huge flowmaster fan, but after switching to dynomax it sounds MUCH MUCH MUCH nicer! and you can litterally drop a tennis ball through it i did before i had it put in my car! it seemed to open up my car a little.

you should try it out i promise you that you wont be dissapointed.

I have had flowmaster on my car since 97. I still like the sound of it alot, but before I added cam&heads I thought it sounded it better than it does now.

I might consider something else as a replacement now, but when it was stock and or just had headers it was very hard to beat the sound it had.

I always thought borla sounded great, and i know they are known to hold up great with decent power gains....no one on this post seems to prefer it though

yes DYnomax makes a single in/dual out muffler for our car. I had one on my 96 and I loved the sound! It was definitely quiet at idle, but would scream pretty good at WOT.

I've got one on my car, so they're out there.
Dynomax has an overview of their exhaust systems on their website. I think they've even got a few mufflers sitting over at Advance Auto now.
