Ive got dual Spin Tech mufflers and I think it sounds sweet. You can fit a single spin tech in the stock location, not sure how it sounds, I think mufflex does the catback. Either way duals or single it will sound awesome. The 5.0 boys with flowmasters will be jealous.

Switched over to hooker from flowmaster after the longtubes. Ten times better sounding IMO. Hooker's been great

Yea that it the muffler I would recommend. I've heard the Hooker catback with Longtubes and it is by far the best sounding catback combined with Longtubes that i've heard. And now that I think about it i have yet to hear anything negative about the Hooker catback. You can get just the muffler for like $80 i think. Its the Hooker Aerochamber muffler. You can get it at Jegs.com or Summitracing.com

I have the cut-out now.. but i have to get on my butt to open
it up! On the hooker aerochamber, how many chambers are actually in it. What do most people run.. a 2 or 3 chamber muffler?

I originally had the Flowmaster 80's series muffler on my car. Sounded awesome. I love the sound of a Flowmaster. The only problem is that 99% of the cars around my area have them, and I was tired of sounding like everyone else. I wanted to be louder and more aggressive. So I went with SLP shorties, no cats, x pipe, and dual bullets, and haven't looked back since.

Bullet mufflers are small mufflers that look like bullets. Dual bullets means he's running a semi true dual setup with the X pipe and is using a bullet muffler on each exiting pipe.

bullets are basically another(bubble) in the pipe. I know axegrinder(trey) his car sounds AWESOME! I have flowmaster 80series no cats with and electric cutout. If you like the sound of a cutout and dont' like getting on ur butt to open it then get an electric one, easy to install(done it myself) and at the push of a button you can have the exhaust half way open or wide open or even closed off. it's great, i never close it but when I go home so I don't wake the parents!
