Exclamation MSD questions

I'm planning on redo-ing my ignition. I want msd billet opti and msd digital 6. I already ordered plugs and wires. now, heres the question. if i get the digital 6, do i need an ignition coil? and how many, i'm seen people running more than one, here are the part numbers from summit with the link.

MSD blaster coil is this the best blaster coil? what's better?

MSD Digital 6

and the billet optispark from MSD, link won't work right now

Re: MSD questions

Same answer you got from someone else on "General F-Body Tech....."

Yes, you need a coil with the MSD Opti and the MSD Digital-6 box.

That's not the correct coil. You need a single-connector coil specifically for the LT1, not a generic coil.

You don't have to replace the coil... the 96/97 stock coil is OK.
