All your numbers seem to be on the low side. 20psi seems to be about average for hot idle.

Mine jumped a few psi a couple of years ago....1500 rpm nets around 45-50 psi hot(I changed the oil pressure sensor thinking it was the problem....even hooked up a separate oil pressure gauge...it agreed with the gauge in the car).

I figure it may be some type of issue with the relief spring in the oil pump. I asked some people in the know about it...I was told not to worry about it(unless it pegs the oil pressure gauge).....the time to panic was when you see it dropping.

Strangely enough, I noticed my oil pressure went up, at hot idle, by about 10 PSI, just by switching to a 160* Stat. Engine runs cooler. Oil stays cooler. Pressure stays higher.

Also, I am running an oil cooler, but with the oil cooler, and stock T-Stat, I would hot idle at 20-25 on M1. Now hot idle, with oil cooler and 160* Stat, I hot idle at 30-35PSI.

6 psi is minimum for idle. Anything lower makes the check gauges light come on. Your readings are abnormally low. If your pressure never gets above 30, I would be concerned.

My oil pressure is always at 60psi, at WOT its around 70-80 psi. I never see 40 or 50 psi. Nothing wrong with high oil pressure right?

Actually, i looked at it today when i started the car. Its my mistake, its probably 15 or so warm idle, and 30 or so cold idle, WOT its around 30 though when the cars warm

Ehhh, 30psi at WOT is way to low. Should be about 10 PSI per 1000 rpm's as a starting point. Mine at 6000 is right at 60-65 PSI. Hell, anything past 3500 is at 60-65 PSI in mine.

1) Compression/Leak down test.
2) Drain the oil, run a magnet through it.

My official guess is your timing chain broke or slipped a few teeth.
