Most recent 1/4 mile visit
Went to the track a week ago, here was my best time....
RT= .587
60'= 2.391
330= 5.998
1/8= 8.724 @ 92.95 mph
1000= 11.020
1/4= 12.928 @ 119.98 mph
Car is GMPP/SLP CAI, hooker LTs, 3 inch true duals, meziere wp, tnt 100 shot, McLeod Street twin, lowered with rest of suspension stock, stock rear end.
Best N/A run was.....
RT= .511
60'= 2.394

330= 5.899
1/8 = 8.839 @ 85.08 mph
1000= 11.356
1/4= 13.481 @ 107.67 mph
I learned that launching with McLeod Street Twin takes a TON of practice. It has pretty much no slip, which made coming out of the hole without much wheel spin really hard, even with 315 Nitto DRs. My opti is going bad
I think with traction and a new opti I will make very good times. Also broke my rear end 2 days after the track, and my 12 bolt is now on the way
Next trip to the track will be with CC306 and stuff that goes with it, 3.73s in 12 bolt, and new opti

And thanks
Get a bigger tire under the car once you get the 12 bolt. You'll see a nice gain going to a 15" wheel with something like an ET Street or Quick Time Pro. Also, you might want to look at your suspension setup once you start laying down quicker times. I was having horrible traction problems with my Eibach/Bilstein setup, even with big 27x11.5x15 Hoosiers.
This winter I've swapped to a QA1 setup front and rear, hoping to help me hook up better.

I get terrible wheel hop on launches and shifts, so Im looking to eliminate that. Im planning on putting lightweight K-member and a-arms, and going with a full QA1 setup as well. Im hoping to keep my Sportline springs though, because I love my car's stance with them.
