I did the whole motor at once so I really cant say, however its like taking away friction and adding a slighetly larger cam so I would say 15-20 hp plus the tune and I would expect you to see 20+ RWHP and that might be converative.

I forgot to mention that my car does have 99k on it though, you still think the springs will be fine. How hard is it to change springs. I know how to do the rr's but ive never done springs.

No, you have to get guideplates. Don't we need hardend pushrods too?

You have a 6 speed, so i'd say get a set of 4.10's. The only prob there would be you'd prob need a nice set of DR's to hook up. 1.6 comp pro mags would work nicely or even maybe some 1.7 scorpions.

94's should have hardened pushrods from the factory but if you do want new ones just to be sure they are only $35.95 (comp cams) from summit and are part#cca-7808-16. As, far as gears since the budget is only $200 now I dont think that is much of an option especially if he cant do it himself. Yes, pro magnums are better but they are also $265 which, by itself is over budget.
