More suggestions needed for rough idle.

I have a slight problem with a rough idle while the car is in gear and warmed up. It's not a miss of any sort and everything else runs perfect. I've changed tranny mount, plugs, wires, cleaned the IAC, seafoamed, deleted the EGR and AIR, put my screen back in the MAF, checked PCV, motor mounts and the car still seems to jump around in gear a little. This may be in my head, but it seems to idle better in gear after I beat the snot out of it. Any ideas what to check next? TPS?

Not familiar with the 'idle air fix'. What exactly does it involve?
