More Horses

I have a 97 Z-28 currently the only work done is a magna flow exhaust, BBK headers and a k&N intake. The car is also an automatic. I want to start doing actual engine work to get more power but im not really sure. however i did come across this and was wondering if this is a good investment. please let me knoww
