molded intake hose

please please help i am in need of a new/used molded intake hose that fits up to the throttle body of a 95 z28 my current one is busted on the bottom side where it hooks up to the TB so it's letting unfiltered air into my engine i would like to get this fixed pretty quick if anyone has a extra one laying around or knows how much these are from the dealer or any info i would appreciate it

Re: molded intake hose

If you mean the intake elbow, get a 1LE replacement (GM PART # 25147187) that does not have the silencer dangling down. It is a little more sturdy than the stock elbow, as well.

Use one of these guys for a good price. (~$55)

Re: molded intake hose

Go to one of the sources in the link below, and buy the "1LE" inlet bellows/elbow. That eliminates the large air silencer tube that your elbow has, and makes it a lot easier to install.

You will have to get one for the specific year of your car. 93/94 use one part #, since they don't have the hole for the vented Opti air supply, and 95-97 have a different part #, since they do have the hole.

Part #'s:

Your other option is to replace the stock POS with a metal one, Vortech and Trickflow make one.
