Module for remote fob location

Hi all

I am looking for the module that works with the fob to unlock your doors/rear hatch. Did a search could not find anything on this. The reason I am asking is my 95 z had a fob with remote locking/unlocking of the doors/rear hatch, but my 94 t/a doesn't so I am wanting to take the module or device off the camaro and put it in my t/a. Please let me know as I know it was a option. Also what was the option code for this?

Well I know on the 95's all you had to do was put a paper clip in two ports of the obd2 connecter and then press buttons on your remote and it programmed your car to your fob.

Pull the passenger side kick panel and look for THIS. If it's there, your car is equiped for keyless entry and all you have to do is get a key fob and program it. If not, I would just get an aftermarket keyless entry as it would be too much trouble to adapt a GM unit from another car.
