I did drive a good 60-70 miles down a hwy to a place adn back. BUt i do have a 3200 stall ad full bolt ons with a big cam. And i have no idea how im getting more than 220 miles to tank,.

Anyone ever heard of a camaro taking 18 gallons?

it was actually 18.7
that is weird, I thought they were 15 or 16 gallon tanks. the most I have ever gotten into mine was I think 14.7 gallons.

Re: Miles to a tank

I have tracked my fuel mileage since owning this car... I get between 14-16 mpg for 90% city driving. However, there hasnt been one time between fillups that I have done some, er, "spirited" driving. On strictly highway driving, I think I was close to getting 375 miles on a tank once. I just changed my original 115K oxygen sensors last night so hopefully that will help out with the fuel economy somewhat.

Re: Miles to a tank

I got 17 mpg out of my last tank keeping my foot out of it for the most part with mainly city driving and I hadn't run the a/c yet.
