Massive Wheelhop

I put the rearend back in (went from 3.42s to 4.10) I also put some new BMR LCAs on, as well as a new BMR PHR. It was a little wet out today and I was just making some heat cycles on the gears. Anyway, I eased into the throttle a few times and the tires spun on accident and there was a fair amount of wheelhop. I should have waited for some dry weather to take a cruise but I couldn't pass it up. Now I am wondering what can I do to get rid of this wheel hop, perhaps it will get better with some dry pavement, or worse? Should I go back over the LCAs and PHR and see if they loosened up? Think an airbag will do the trick? Just wait for a dry day and see how the problem persists? Someone cure my wheelhop blues

Also the gears are Strange and seem to hum/whine (noticeably) at about 40 MPH. It is to my understanding that this is fairly normal for an aftermarket gear. (I don't care that it is lounder, but just want to confirm that it is fairly normal)

I wouldn't judge the hook-up by trying to pull hard on 4.10's in the rain.... not a reasonable "test". Wait 'til its dry to decide if you have a problem.

That said, the biggest improvment I found in eliminating wheel hop was the LCA relocation brackets. And I'm talking a stock height car, 3.73's in a Strange with an M6 (at the time).

My Strange 12-bolt was totally silent with the 3.73's that came from the factory, and equally silent with US/Strange Pro Street 4.10's.

Wasn't trying to pull hard, just accidentally broke the tires loose and away it went. I also have some relocation brakcets waiting to be welded in. Perhaps they will do the trick. I guess I will play the wait and see game Perhaps I will call up the guy that installed my gears (1BAD86Z) and see what he thinks of the hum/whine. Thanks!
