dose anyone know a good website for this? and is it easy to do?

OBD I
OBD II

For OBD II, don't put the diodes in there. That way you can tell if the PCM is turning on your fans or not. Not sure about OBD I cars. Also if you don't want to, the LED's are unnecessary.
