MAF sensor suggestions.

Well my MAF sensor is going out so i'll be needing another. I know what everyone says about aftermarket MAF sensors like GMS but i figured as long as im upgradeing everthing else i might as well upgrade this.

There are the GMS and Jet which i've heard trick the computer into adding more fuel and make tuneing difficult as seen here.

I've talked to my dynotuner and he says that he can work around these or he can just do away with the MAF sensor and do a MAP tune.

Then there are ported stock MAF sensors like this here.

So should i just replace it with a stock one or upgrade to one of these or something similar? IDK when the stocker becomes a restriction but i dont plan on getting there any time soon.

Also, are the LS1 and LT1 MAF sensors the same?

Just replace it with another stock sensor, the aftermarket ones can become more trouble then they are worth and they do not deliver their promised gains. I believe the part numbers for the LT1 and LS1 sensors are the same now so they would be interchangeable.
