Re: Full Boltons?

Anything that does not touch oil is considered a bolt-on. For LT1's people consider rocker arms a bolt on even though they touch oil...

Re: Full Boltons?

You have different bolt on's to, susspension bolt ons, and engine bolt ons (encluding exhaust). I could tell you I have full bolt ons and not be refering to my stock susspension.

So would a supercharger be considered a bolt on? I don't have one, but you don't really have to "go into" the engine for it do you?

That's a grey area. You should, but you don't have to.

I'm pretty close to all the bolt ons right now. In a few months, I'll be running a heads/cam 383 though.

Now why do you have to go and make thing complicated?

Here is my thought of that, a supercharger is "forced induction" a power adder. Full boltons or just boltons only release power already in the engine, they don't add to it. So a supercharger would to me be classed as a power adder, not a bolton, though you bolt in on
