maf problem

my uncle cleaned the maf sensor before when the intake was tooken apart, do you think this can cause a trouble code? if its bad then can you notice a difference in power loss?

Well it could throw a code, i have also seen a bad maff with no code.. Try unpluging the maff and then run it.. See what it does.. If it runs better, you have a bad maff.. If not probley an issuse elsewhere..
